My Approach
First Principles
I believe that any effective product or strategy comes from a place of ground truth. I start by ferreting out every hidden assumption, break the problem down to what I can prove true, and then rebuild from first principles until a clear path to value appears. That habit of tearing ideas to the studs has powered my favorite work, turning blank pages into revenue engines, re-imagining how shoppers finance a car, and prototyping AI tools that predict customer behavior. Whenever I take on a 0-1 challenge, you can count on me to question everything, chase the signal, and ship something that actually moves the needle.
Front-Lines
I sit with the people who feel the pain: frontline teammates, engineers, designers, and customers themselves. I listen, watch, and dig until their stories crystallize into patterns, then fuse that qualitative signal with the hard numbers hiding in our dashboards. When stories and stats align, I know we have ground truth. From there, cross-functional teams rally around a shared picture of the problem, trade ideas freely, test quickly, and celebrate together when the data shows we nailed it.

Built for a small recruiting firm that I sit on the board for. This online tool automates a large swath of the sales prospecting through automated scraping of career websites and pairing / matching newly listed jobs with previously filled requisitions. It then automatically generates outbound emails to drastically reduce the time to create personalized and relevant outbound communications
